Mamma Mia Let's be a Pizzeria!

I like making fun finger foods year round. The cost of pizza plus the grease has gotten unreal. I decided to make some at home!

They turned out so so delicious!

Here's the tools and ingredients I used to make these

I bought this a few years ago. It is THE solution to soggy crust problems. It makes sure heat gets to the middle of your pizza making it bake equally throughout. It might be my number one tool!

The dough I used (featured on my video) It's sourdough which is one of the only kinds of bread we all tolerate well in my house.

King Arthur Gluten free flour I used this for rolling out the dough so it didn't stick to my rolling pin! It's also fantastic for baking!

My gorgeous marble rolling pin. . . This one was a wedding gift from my old friend and former Austin roommate Natalie! I love marble because it's nice and heavy and does a LOT of the work for you. It has a holder so it won't roll away . . . plus it's pretty.

And of course get a really good non slip pizza cutter. I use these to make pies too.

Trader Joes is where I got the pizza sauce, vegan cheese, regular cheese, and toppings.
